Getting Adjusted
For any of you still reading this...we are getting adjusted and Brent is back at work. Some advise to anyone going on a long trip: don't leave a "self-feeder" out for your dog. The result of this action could be a generation of dog food dependent rats. When you arrive home and take away the unlimited supply of food they may get weak, making them easy prey for your dog. If you own an Australian Shepherd she may, for some unknown reason, resist ending their lives, yet render them unconscious. She may bring these half living rodents to you on a daily basis. Another thing that may happen is that they will over take your attic and one might even get caught in your wall, causing a nauseating stench and a great increase of your fly population. All just possibilities...based on experience. It's good to be home. Happy Trails!
